I absolutely love this shop! Hands down the most honest shop in a 100 mile radius!! Go see them get your work done they will shoot you right! And this is coming from a woman! I can’t tell you how many shops have tried to take advantage of me because I’m a woman. These guys do not!! They shoot straight!!

Only place I use for my vehicles.

Excellent staff, fair pricing, I was able to 6 tires rotated and new pressure sensors installed on a f350 on a walk in. Thanks for an outstanding job.

Let me start with no one ever wants to get a car fixed or agree with the ticket price... But as far as customer service By Far 10 out of 10 from Lena hearing a distressed mom trying to get her child away at college car fixed asap ..She definitely made it happen in less than 36 hours. To giving her ride back home and then handing me off too Steve who gave me all the facts and bad news. He did it in the most kindest fashion. Once we decided what I needed and barely could afford he got everything up and working so that baby girls car would have some heart and wouldn't ruin the engine by overheating. He then went to go pick up my daughter and even gave me his personal number for me to get in touch with him during that time. Once he got her he took a picture and sent it to me. I promise I will try not to use that number again.. All in All if you want to work with some friendly people in Warrensburg I would highly recommend them. My daughter said her car is running good but we check it out next weekend when she hits that highway and comes home. Problem: leaking radiator fluid Repairs: replaced not the water inlet one was leaking the other housed the thermostat that was bad because it was over heating. He also flushed out the heater cord that may still need to be replaced. She also needs a tune up but I had to prioritize the repairs.

I’ve been coming here for years now, mainly for oil changes, and they’ve always been great to me. They were recommended to me from the AAA guys who helped me with a flat, and I’m so glad they did. The team is always helpful, honest, and easy to talk to. I never feel pressured into extra services, and they take the time to explain things if I have questions. It’s hard to find a place you can trust with your car, but this is definitely one of them. I highly recommend!

This mechanic shop is the best that I have found in over ten years.I completely recommend.They are fare priced, and very professional.Always putting the customer first, and they stand by the phrase.If it's not broken, don't fix it. We'll only be taking my cars to them.

I have brought multiple vehicles in and I've always gotten a fair and reasonable price with great customer service. One in particular, my van was having alternator issues and they figured out there was actually a short to the alternator which is why they replaced 2 of them for me. Luckily I had gotten a lifetime warranty product and they were awesome in doing all the exchanges for me. Highly recommend!!

Big shout out to Diel Tire! They have excellent costumer service! Ladies at the front desk were kind and helpful! The mechanics explained everything to me so that I understood what was needed. Best estimate I found! Definitely would recommend!
